Delete Your Logged Account
You can delete your Logged account and all associated data at any time, directly from inside the app. Account deletion is permanent and immediate — once confirmed, your data cannot be recovered.
If you only want to delete some of your data — for example, a single customer, job, invoice, or photo — you can do so directly from inside the app without deleting your account. See the section below on deleting individual records.
Deleting individual records (without deleting your account)
You have full control over your data and can delete individual records at any time from inside the app. No request to us is required — deletion is immediate and self-service.
What you can delete individually
- Customers — open a customer, tap the menu, tap "Delete Customer"
- Jobs — open a job, tap the menu, tap "Delete Job"
- Invoices — open an invoice, tap the menu, tap "Delete Invoice" (only available before the invoice is locked or paid)
- Estimates — open an estimate, tap the menu, tap "Delete Estimate"
- Photos — open a photo in fullscreen view, tap the trash icon
- Line items — swipe a line item left inside an invoice or estimate, tap Delete
- Saved items — Settings → Saved Items → swipe to delete

What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your Logged account (email address, password hash, business profile)

- All jobs, estimates, and invoices you've created
- All photos you've captured or uploaded
- All generated PDF documents
- Your push notification tokens
- All local data on your device
What is retained, and for how long
| Data | Retention | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymized crash logs (Sentry) | 90 days | Crash reports do not contain account identifiers and are aggregated for app stability. They are automatically purged after 90 days. |
| Stripe transaction records | 7 years | If you used Stripe Connect to accept payments, Stripe retains transaction records independently to comply with US financial regulations (IRS, state tax authorities). These are held by Stripe, not Warner Creates LLC. See Stripe's Privacy Policy. |
| Apple / Google subscription records | Per Apple / Google policy | If you held an active subscription, Apple App Store or Google Play retain the purchase record independently. These are held by Apple/Google, not Warner Creates LLC. |
| Server-side request logs | 30 days | Cloudflare Workers retain anonymized request logs for security and abuse monitoring. These do not contain account identifiers and are automatically purged after 30 days. |
